3 STEPS OF COACHING
Dicovery Step - (Past)
At this stage, the coaching involves exploring yourself; your thoughts, obstacles, fears, blockages, dreams, insecurities, beliefs, mindset and everything that may be holding you back.
In order to move forward, you have to let go. You have to forgive and heal your soul from the past, shifting your mindset away from things that no longer serve you.
This step is about shifting your perception from fear to love.
Clarity - (Present)
This is where dreams begin. Coaching at this stage will involve finding clarity about what direction you want to take now and what kind of life you want to live.
We will begin to focus on this vision – the problems, directions and goals. You will understand and will connect emotionally with the way to achieve it.
This step is about a new beginning.
Action - (Future)
This is where the action begins, endless opportunities arise and you know where you are heading and why. This is where and when things happen.
You will determine the best steps you can take to change the conditions around you and improve yourself to reach your goals and dreams.
This step is the transformation step, where life as you know it will never be the same.
